Karate
Our association teaches SANKUKAI (SANKUDO) Karate, which was created by Yoshinao Nanbu sensei.
The symbols of SANKUKAI are three circles: two red and one white. They represent Earth, Moon, and Sun, three elements always in harmony, and strongly represented in all its techniques.
This school of karate focuses on dodging, circular motion and speed in execution, blows (punching and kicking) are performed with the principle of shock with single or double hip swing.
Different techniques encourage learning, how to adapt ourselves to the partner and take advantage from his force and power, instead of block it.
