In a very nice Dojo in Ottawa a wonderful Karate Seminar was led by Sensei Jean Frenette, this stage gathered Karatekas from Ontario and Quebec,  it was  really successful by covering  footwork and Bunkai Kata .

Sous les premiers flocons de la neige de cette année, et dans un beau Dojo de Blainville,
un stage de Karaté de la fin d’année s’est tenu sous la direction de Sensei Jean Frenette.
le stage a connu une participation des karatékas du Québec et d’ Ontario.

A wonderful Karate Seminar was led by Sensei Jean Frenette in Blainville, the stage gathered Karatekas from Quebec and Ontario and was really successful by covering different techniques.

Une bonne complexité martiale était le titre qu’on pouvait donner  à ce stage qui a été dirigé par
Sensei Jean Frenette 8Dan et Sensei Nobuya Shimamoto Champion nord américain de Jiu-Jistu brésilien.

Les techniques de jiu-jitsu qu’on a pratiqué au sol ont été  appliquées avec une bonne finesse
du Sensei Frenette au Bunkai des katas Supérieurs tel que Kururunfa et Sanseru.
Une expérience remarquable et enrichissante.

We have had a wonderful seminar led by Sensei Jean Frenette 8 Dan  and Sensei Nobuya Shimamoto
North American champion  in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
All Jiu-jitsu Techniques of this seminar  had been used in Bunkai Kata such as  Kururunfa  and  Sanseru.

Hot and humid but very beautiful in the day and at night, Chicago !
This trip was a great occasion to see friends, and of course for practicing Karate.

Lake Louise,

I have discovered one of the most beautiful place which I have never seen. You can’t imagine there is a breathing landscape of life. The Canadian rockies are majestic and the color of the Lake Louise was really amazing. I saw the turquoise color of this lake. Now, I can tell that I have seen the Lake Louise such as on the postal letter.

I have taken some pictures for demonstrating the feeling of the energy of nature (Kido-ho).

Un stage de karaté aura lieu à Montréal le  04-05 juin, avec Sensei Mehdi Naguib, qui  mettra le focus sur le Kata superieur Ananko.

A karate seminar will take place in Montreal on 04-05 June, with Sensei Mehdi Naguib, who will focus on  superior and higher Ananko Kata.
