This trip was a great occasion to see friends, and of course for practicing Karate.

The NCA held its 2Dan Nanbudo grading, after a seminar of two days in Montreal.

Congratulations:

Lake Louise,

I have discovered one of the most beautiful place which I have never seen. You can’t imagine there is a breathing landscape of life. The Canadian rockies are majestic and the color of the Lake Louise was really amazing. I saw the turquoise color of this lake. Now, I can tell that I have seen the Lake Louise such as on the postal letter.

I have taken some pictures for demonstrating the feeling of the energy of nature (Kido-ho).

Martin Castilloux represents Nanbudo Canada at University of Regina in Saskatchewan.

Un stage de karaté aura lieu à Montréal le  04-05 juin, avec Sensei Mehdi Naguib, qui  mettra le focus sur le Kata superieur Ananko.

A karate seminar will take place in Montreal on 04-05 June, with Sensei Mehdi Naguib, who will focus on  superior and higher Ananko Kata.

Dans un beau chalet au bord du lac  Ste-Rose, on a eu et pour tout un week-end, un  stage de Méditation, Ki-Doho et Noryokukaihatsu-Ho qui était destiné aux ceintures avancées de notre Association.
Une très bonne expérience  de resourcement, ornée par des longues discussions et pratiques en profondeur des techniques de respiration, méditation Zazen et des Katas  de santé, sous l’oeil attentif du sensei Mehdi Naguib.

In a beautiful cottage just on lakeside Ste-Rose, we had a weekend seminar,  a good period of meditation Zazen, Ki-Doho and Noryokukaihatsu-Ho which was led by Sensei Mehdi Naguib for advanced belts of our Association.

À la fin du stage de centre PAPA, et sous les applaudissements des Nanbudokas, sensei Mehdi Naguib a nommé
Mme. Marie-Odile Duffault, comme instructrice de Nanbudo Ki-doho, Cela vient comme couronnement à ses
efforts et ses années de pratique régulière au centre Alpha.
Au nom de la NCA nous félicitons notre première instructrice de Nanbudo au Canada.

At the end of PAPA center’s seminar, sensei Mehdi Naguib had named Mrs. Marie-Odile Duffault as instructor
of Nanbudo Ki-Doho, because of her efforts and her regular practice at Alpha center.
